Description
The minus pad extreme thermal pad on a silicone basis has a knead-like consistency and can therefore adapt perfectly to the surface and also compensate for larger height differences. Thermal Grizzly minus pad extreme is not electrically conductive.
Due to the strong plastic deformation, only one-time installation is recommended. The thermal conductivity has been increased by around 260% compared to the minus pad 8 and is therefore perfect for high-performance applications such as voltage converters and RAM. Even the slightest contact pressure is sufficient for optimal attachment. All pads are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
